Series Overview

Meranda has always been tormented by demons in her head. She never understood the depth of their attacks until recent events showed her she was something more. As the granddaughter of a Dragon, she was gifted with many abilities of a Riftrider. Despite being treated like a slave most of her life by an evil man, she always managed to keep the demons at bay who tried to destroy her. Once she was freed by her bonded mate Treidon, the prince of Elmwick, she was able to prove her skills as a Riftrider. There was a burning pain in her shoulder from a mysterious mark that glowed when demons were around. This symbol meant she was born a demon hunter; few Dragon-born children and grandchildren were born with this mark. They served to protect the realm from the dark forces who tried to take over. The lands were rich with resources and powers the demons wanted to taint to create eternal darkness, spreading over the entire world, giving the demons the capacity to rule and torment anyone who doesn't fear the darkness. With the world divided between races, the demons planned to use this to their advantage. A solid strategy would be needed to spark a war; the elves and kobolds against the humans and dwarves. The entire world must learn to set their differences aside in order to defeat the demons. Will they be able to?
